How To Order

XXJSTONE offers a wide variety of natural stone, tiles and other stone products. You can order products directly by calling, emailing or faxing. All intrested users will be able to work directly with a consultant via email or telephone to answer questions about products, pricing, shipping and delivery. Our goal is to make the process as convenient and reliable as possible.

There are a number of steps guiding your order coming into being.

Below is the list of things to consider during your selection process:

●Thickness ? All natural stone comes in varied thickness, generally ranging from 10mm to 3cm.

●Slabs or Tiles - Natural stone comes in large slabs or in tiles of various sizes.

●Edge work ? Several profiles of edges can be cut to your specification. Please refer to the Types of Edges section for information about edges.

●Color ? Color of natural stone is limited only by your imagination.

●Budget ? The cost of natural stone is influenced by several factors, including location of the quarry, availability, fortitude and others. The more expensive stones can be up to twice as expensive as the lesser expensive stones.

●Type of Application ? Certain stones are better suited for certain applications. For example, due to its durability and resistance to scratching, staining, and heat, we recommend granite in the kitchen. Consult your World Stone representative about the best applications for a given stone.

Please provide us with as much information as you can, regarding your project. This may include:

●Choiced material including Sample name or Stone ID (if known)

●Measurements or layout

●Finishes

●Edge (if required)

●Type of Application (if known)

Personal information including the job address, contact information(phone, FAX, email, etc), and any other details that will help us determine the quote of the job.

Then we will contact you as soon as possiable and meanwhile provide you with a special quotation on the cost of products, shipping, insurance, etc. 

Once you have received your quote and confirmed about the order information (quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms etc), then it is time to place your order. This process includes signing a contract, paying a 30% deposit, and some other possible things.

Fabrication will not start until we’ve got the advance payment or any other guarantees. An additional (but optional) step is that if the block that is going to make the products ordered by customer is not available in our factory, we will purchase it at the corresponding quarry. The end of the manufacture step is packaging. The whole process will be inspected by our experienced personnel deliberatly designated for the order.

We will load the product as stated. Our motto is to deliver best quality natural stone products in the best possible time. So generally, we complete our orders in time but external factors are always there to affect you. We can try to minimize them.
